1. Pricing and Orders

Wholesale pricing is 50% off the current manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP). Products are sold in 4-count case packs. Minimum initial order is $250, reorder is $150. New partners may build their own initial order or start with the optional Curated Wholesale Collection, available with the initial order only.

2. Payment

All wholesale orders are prepaid. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is placed on hold until payment clears.

3. Shipping, Damages, and Returns

Orders are prepared and shipped once your wholesale application is approved, your payment has cleared, and we have received your valid resale or exemption certificate. Shipping costs are the Retailer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies within 5 business days, with photos, for replacement or credit. Because products are made in small batches, orders are not returnable except for items that arrive damaged or defective.

4. Brand and Resale Terms

The Retailer will represent A Clean Home Company products accurately and will not alter, repackage, or relabel them, and will keep product ingredient and safety information intact. The Retailer agrees to sell the products only through its own physical store location(s) and its own branded website. The Retailer will not list or sell the products on third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms, without prior written permission from the Company. If the Retailer violates these terms, the Company may pause or end the wholesale relationship and decline future orders.

5. Term

This agreement begins on the date accepted and continues until either party ends it with written notice. Prepaid orders already in process will be completed or refunded.
